• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data, or probe, scan or test their security without permission;
• upload malware, harmful code or content that could damage or disrupt our systems or other users;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
• harass, threaten or abuse our staff or other users;
• scrape, copy or republish our website content in bulk without written permission.

Projects we cannot take on

We do not build or promote websites, apps, automations or campaigns that facilitate illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, hate or harassment, adult content involving minors, or the sale of prohibited goods. We may decline or stop any project that conflicts with this policy.

Client content

You are responsible for the content and materials you provide and must have the right to use them. You must not supply content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.

Reporting problems

If you see something that breaks this policy, tell us at hello@kyorix.com.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend access or end a project if this policy is breached, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
